Hygiene IQ is a sensor management system designed to streamline operations and enhance service recovery in public-facing spaces. Adhesive-backed sensors can be placed in areas like restaurant restrooms to detect issues such as overflowing toilets or empty soap dispensers. When a customer waves their hand over the sensor, it triggers a notification to the appropriate staff via an app, while management monitors task completion. Sensors can also track soap and paper towel usage, or count people entering, allowing for proactive maintenance.
