How to return a Hygiene IQ Kit or Sensors

You can request a return using one of the following methods, based on where you made your purchase.

If You Purchased from the Hygiene IQ Website:

  1. Contact our Support Team via email to request a return.
  2. In the email subject line, include:
    Hygiene IQ Item Refund - Order Number [Your Shopify Order Number]
  3. Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Repackage all Hygiene IQ devices using the original packaging.
  5. Attach the shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest UPS Store.
  6. Once we receive the returned package, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If purchased from Amazon:

Request the return through your Amazon account and drop off the package at the designated location. Your refund will be processed once the returned item is received.

⚠️ Important Note : We do not issue partial refunds. To receive a full refund, please return all items included in your original order.
