How to return a Hygiene IQ Kit or Sensors
You can request a return using one of the following methods, based on where you made your purchase.
If You Purchased from the Hygiene IQ Website:
- Contact our Support Team via email to request a return.
- In the email subject line, include:
Hygiene IQ Item Refund - Order Number [Your Shopify Order Number] - Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Repackage all Hygiene IQ devices using the original packaging.
- Attach the shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest UPS Store.
- Once we receive the returned package, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If purchased from Amazon:
Request the return through your Amazon account and drop off the package at the designated location. Your refund will be processed once the returned item is received.
⚠️ Important Note : We do not issue partial refunds. To receive a full refund, please return all items included in your original order.
