How to track a shipment

You can track your shipment using the method that matches where you purchased your Hygiene IQ Kit:

If purchased from the website:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email updates from Shopify with tracking details.

• Open the email and click View your order to see your order summary.
• Click on the USPS tracking number provided to view the current status and full shipment history.

If purchased from Amazon:

Tracking information is available directly in your Amazon account.

• Go to the Orders page.
• Find your Hygiene IQ order and click on it to view the shipping status and tracking history.
