How to change your password
If you can access your account and remember your password but wish to change it, you can do so through the app. Follow the below steps to change your password:
1. Log in to the Hygiene IQ app (you can skip this step if you're already in the app).

2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner of the Hygiene IQ app (the Menu icon is accessible from the Customer locations, Tasks, and Rooms pages).

3. Select Account Settings.

4. Select Change Password.

5. Choose a Password that meets the following criteria:
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- Between 8-15 characters
6. Enter the same password in the Confirm Password field. Then tap Next.

7. A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the Enter Code field. If not received, tap Resend code.

8. Tap Next.

Your new password will be effective the next time you log in.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
- Opens in a new window.
