How to delete a user account
Users can delete their accounts from the Hygiene IQ app. Please note that once an account is deleted, the user will no longer have access to their location or data.
To delete your account, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Hygiene IQ app (you can skip this step if you're already in the app).

2. Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner of the Hygiene IQ app (the Menu icon is accessible from the Customer locations, Tasks, and Rooms pages).

3. Select Account Settings.

4. Choose Delete Account.

5. Confirm by selecting Yes on the pop-up message.

After account deletion, you will be logged out and unable to log in again with the associated email and password. You can, however, create a new account with the same credentials. To do so, please refer to the "How to create a new user account" section.
⚠️ Important Note:
If you’re using the same user account to manage your subscriptions, deleting that account will also remove your access to the subscription site.
