How to reset your password
If you can't remember your password or are unable to access your account, follow the steps below to reset it.
1. Access the Hygiene IQ app.

2. Select

3. Enter the email address associated with the account in the Enter email field, and tap Next.

4. Choose a Password that meets the following criteria:
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- Between 8-15 characters
5. Enter the same password in the Confirm Password field. Then tap Next.

6. A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the Enter Code field. If not received, tap Resend code.

7. Tap Next.

Your new password will be effective the next time you log in.
