How to add additional Hubs to a room
To add more Hubs to a room, follow these steps:
- Power on the Hub by pressing the power button located at the back of the device or by connecting it to the charger.
- Bring your mobile device close to the Hub.
- Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page (ignore step if already in the Tasks page for your location).
- On the Tasks page, switch to the Rooms tab.
- Select the room where you want to add the additional Hub.
- Tap the ‘Add Device’ button.
- Select Add Hub.
- Wait for the app to scan for nearby devices. Once the scan is complete, select the Hub from the list.
- Name the Hub (optional) and enter the Order ID. Tap ‘Next’.
- The Order ID must be linked to an active subscription for the Hub to be fully activated.
- If you haven’t created a subscription yet, you may skip adding the Order ID at this step. To add it later, refer to the instructions in the How to add an Order ID to a Hub in the Hygiene IQ app (if not added during activation) section.
- When the app transitions to the Hub Settings page, tap Save.








Once the new Hub is activated and added, it will appear in the list of devices assigned to the room.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
- Opens in a new window.
