How to add an Order ID to a Hub in the Hygiene IQ app (if not added during activation)

We recommend adding the Order ID with an active subscription, during the Hub activation process. However, if you need to add it later, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page (ignore step if already in the Tasks page for your location).
  2. HIQ App - Home Page
    Customer Locations Page - Select Location
  3. Once on the Tasks page, switch tabs by selecting Rooms.
  4. Tasks page - Select Rooms tab
  5. Select the room with the Hub that requires an Order ID.
  6. Rooms Tab - Select Room
  7. Select the Hub to open the Hub Settings page.
  8. Room details page - Select Hub
  9. Look for the following text:
  10. “Hub is not activated. Assign license to activate hub here. Select here.”

  11. Tap on the word here and enter the Order ID in the pop-up. Next select Add.

  13. Tap Save.

The Order ID will now be added, and the Hub will be fully activated. If you check the Hygiene IQ subscriptions site, you will see the Hub name linked to the Order ID, along with the location name in the Locations tab.
