How to reset Wi-Fi for a Hub device

When updating your location’s Wi-Fi in the Hygiene IQ app, make sure to also update the Wi-Fi settings for the Hub. If you have multiple Hubs, repeat the following steps for each one after updating the Wi-Fi in the Location Settings page:

  1. Once on the Tasks page, switch tabs by selecting Rooms.
  2. Tasks page - Select Rooms tab
  3. Select the room with the Hub that needs the Wi-Fi update.
  4. Rooms Tab - Select Room
  5. Select the Hub to open the Hub Settings page.
  6. Room details page - Select Hub
  7. Tap the Reset Wi-Fi button.

The app will connect with the Hub and reset the Wi-Fi settings.

⚠️ Important Note: Make sure your mobile device is close to the Hub before resetting the Wi-Fi. This ensures the app can connect to the Hub successfully.
