How to add a sensor photo after setup

The Hygiene IQ app allows you to add a photo for each sensor, helping you visually track where the sensor is located for easy reference. You can add a photo either during the initial sensor setup or at a later time.

The steps for adding a sensor photo during initial setup are included in the setup instructions for each sensor type, which can be found in the Learn about sensor types and how to set them up section. However, if you prefer to add a photo later, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page.


2. Once on the Tasks page, switch tabs by selecting Rooms.

3. Select the room with the sensor you want to add a photo to.

4. Select the sensor to open the Sensor Settings page.

5. Tap the Add photo button. Choose one of the following options:

• Take New Photo – Select this option to take a picture of the sensor with your mobile device.
• Select from Library – Select this option to choose a picture of the sensor already saved on your device.


6. Tap Save to complete the process.
