How to delete the photo of the sensor

To delete the photo of a sensor in the app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page.


2. Once on the Tasks page, switch tabs by selecting Rooms.

3. Select the room containing the sensor whose photo you want to delete.

4. Select the sensor to open the Sensor Settings page.

5. Tap the circle with the sensor’s photo.

6. Select Delete from the options, and then select Yes on the pop-up prompt.


7. The app will delete the photo.
