How to update the photo of the sensor

To update the photo of a sensor in the app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page.
    2. HIQ App - Home Page
    Customer Locations Page - Select Location
  2. Once on the Tasks page, switch tabs by selecting Rooms.
    3. Tasks page - Select Rooms tab
  3. Select the room containing the sensor you want to update.
    4. Rooms Tab - Select Room
  4. Select the sensor to open the Sensor Settings page.
    5. Room details page - Select sensor
  5. Tap the circle with the sensor's photo.
    6. Sensor Settings Page - Sensor Photo Button
  6. Choose one of the following options:
    • Take New Photo - Take a picture of the sensor with your mobile device.
    • Select from Library - Choose another photo of the sensor already saved on your device.
      • Sensor Settings Page - Update Photo - Take New Photo Button
      Sensor Settings Page - Update Photo - Select from Library Button
  7. The app will update the sensor’s photo.
