How to view the photo of the sensor

To view the photo of a sensor added to the app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page.
    2. HIQ App - Home Page
    Customer Locations Page - Select Location
  2. Once on the Tasks page, switch tabs by selecting Rooms.
    3. Tasks page - Select Rooms tab
  3. Select the room that contains the sensor you want to view.
    4. Rooms Tab - Select Room
  4. Select the sensor to open the Sensor Settings page.
    5. Room details page - Select sensor
  5. Tap the circle with the sensor's photo.
    6. Sensor Settings Page - Sensor Photo Button
  6. Choose View Photo from the options.
    7. Sensor Settings Page - View Photo Button
  7. The app will display the full image of the sensor’s photo.
