How to create a new user account

You can create a new account using the Hygiene IQ app. Follow the steps below to create a new user account.

1. Scan the QR code given below or search for “Hygiene IQ” in the AppStore or PlayStore to download the app.

2. Open the app and allow Bluetooth and Notification permissions after installation.

⚠️ Important Note: The Hygiene IQ system will not function properly if the app is not allowed to access your device’s Bluetooth and Notification settings.

3. Next, select New Customer Account.

4. Enter your Full Name and Email Address, then tap Next. The Phone Number field is optional.

5. Choose a Password that meets the following:

• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one number
• Between 8-15 characters

6. Enter the same password in the Confirm Password field. Then tap Next.

7. A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code in the Enter Code field. If not received, tap Resend code.

8. Tap Next.

Use your email address and password to login to the Hygiene IQ app to manage your Hygiene IQ system.
