How to close an unresolved task from the app

You can close unresolved tasks either through the app or by holding your hand over the sensor for more than four seconds. To close a task using the app, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page (ignore step if already in the Tasks page for your location).


2. On the Tasks page, select the unresolved task you want to close, swipe left, then tap Close.


• To close an individual task within a grouped entry, expand the group, select the specific task, swipe left, and tap Close.


• If you want to close a group of unresolved tasks, swipe left on the grouped entry directly, and select Close.

Once closed, the task will be listed as a Resolved task.
