How to view Grouped tasks

When multiple tasks are triggered by the same sensor, they are grouped into a single task entry. A number inside a circle indicates how many tasks are included in the group.

Follow the steps below to view grouped tasks:

1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page (ignore step if already in the Tasks page for your location).


2. On the Tasks page, simply tap the task entry — the list will expand to show each task individually. Depending on your screen size, you may need to scroll to see the full list.

To collapse the list, simply tap the task entry again.
