How to view Ignored tasks

Your tasks list is initially filtered to show only unresolved or open tasks. To view tasks that are Ignored, follow these steps:

1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page (ignore step if already in the Tasks page for your location).


2. On the Tasks page, tap the filter button.

3. Select Ignored and tap Apply.

⚠️ Important Note: Since the task list defaults to showing unresolved tasks, closing and reopening the app will reset the filter back to Unresolved.
