How to view past tasks
You can view past tasks by adjusting the calendar date selection on the Tasks page. By default, the calendar is set to show the current day. To change the date range, follow these steps:
- Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page (ignore step if already in the Tasks page for your location).
- On the Tasks page, tap the calendar button in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the Select the date or date range you want to view, and tap Apply.
You will now be able to see tasks from the selected date(s).
⚠️ Important Note: All unresolved tasks will be displayed regardless of the selected date range.



- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
- Opens in a new window.
