How to view Resolved tasks

Your tasks list is filtered by default to show only unresolved or open tasks. To view tasks that have already been resolved or closed, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page (ignore step if already in the Tasks page for your location).
  2. HIQ App - Home Page

  3. On the Tasks page, tap the filter button.
  4. Tasks Page - Filter Button
  5. Select Resolved and tap Apply.

⚠️ Important Note: Since the task list defaults to showing unresolved tasks, closing and reopening the app will reset the filter back to Unresolved.
