Understanding the different Task statuses

Tasks are categorized based on their status into the following groups:

If you're already in a location:

• Unresolved: Tasks that are pending and require attention. They will remain on the Tasks page until the task is closed, either through the app or by the sensor.
• Resolved: Tasks that have already been addressed and completed.
• Ignored: Tasks generated outside of the location’s operational hours (applies only to detection sensors).
