How to delete a location
You can delete a location through the Hygiene IQ app by following these steps:
1. Access the Hygiene IQ app and select your location from the Customer Locations page (Ignore step if already in your location).


2. Once you're in your location, tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen and select Location Settings from the list of options.


3. Tap Delete Location, then confirm by selecting Yes in the prompt.

⚠️ Important Note:
Deleting a location will reset all associated devices and erase all activity data. Only delete a location if it’s no longer in use.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
- Opens in a new window.
