How to update or change your location's settings
You can update the following details of your Hygiene IQ location in the Location Settings page. Follow the instructions provided in each setting to change it.
1. Access the Hygiene IQ app and select your location from the Customer Locations page (Ignore step if already in your location).


2. Once you're in your location, tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen and select Location Settings from the list of options.


3. After transferring to the settings page, you can change the below settings as required. Tap the Save button in the Location Settings page once you complete changing the settings.
Subsequent Notifications.
- If you don’t want to receive continuous notifications for all of the sensors in your location, toggle this option Off. After turning it off you will be notified only once for every 24 hours even if the sensor records activity repeatedly.

Badge Tracking (only applies to Health Facilities).
- If you need to track individual wash compliance rates using Hygiene IQ badges, toggle this option On.
Edit Location - Change existing location information.
- Select the Details button.
- Once in the Location Info page you can edit the Location Name, Address, Time Zone, and Location ID.
- Tap Save after changing the location information.

Configure Wi-Fi - Update or reconnect with the local Wi-Fi network
- Tap the Configure button.
- Tap CONNECT.
- Tap FIND NETWORKS on the Configure Wi-Fi page.
- Select your local network.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password and tap Join.
- Tap CONNECT.
- On the Configure Wi-Fi page, tap Enter Network Manually.
- Enter your Wi-Fi name and password, then tap Join.

To connect your Hygiene IQ system to Wi-Fi, choose an option below:
Option 1: Select from available networks.



Option 2: Enter network manually.



Edit Building - Manage the building details of your location.
- Select Edit Buildings to add buildings, edit details of existing buildings, or delete them from the app.
- After editing the building information, tap Back to return to the Location Settings page.
- Follow the steps below to add the details of your first building (if not added during the location setup).
- After accessing the Edit Buildings page, select the Add New Building button.
- Enter the building name and tap Add.
- If you multiple buildings, follow the steps below to add their details.
- After accessing the Edit Buildings page, select the Add New Building button.
- Enter the building name and tap Add.
- Follow the steps below to change the name of a building.
- After accessing the Edit Building page, tap the Edit button next to the name of the building you want to modify.
- Enter the new name of the building in the Change Building Name pop-up and tap Save.
- Follow the steps below to delete a building.
- After accessing the Edit Building page, tap the Delete button next to the name of the building you want to remove.
- Select Yes in the message prompt.









Edit Floors - Manage the floor details of your location.
- Select Edit Floors to add floors, edit details of exisiting floors, or delete them from the app.
- After editing the floor information, tap Back to return to the Location Settings page.
- Follow the steps below to add details of your first floor (if not added during the location setup).
- After accessing the Edit Floors page, select the Add New Floor button.
- Enter the floor name and, if applicable, the building name. Then tap Add.
- If you have multiple floors, follow the steps below to add their details.
- After accessing the Edit Floors page, select the Add New Floor button.
- Enter the floor name and, if applicable, the building name. Then tap Add.
- Follow the steps below to amend details of a floor.
- After accessing the Edit Floors page, tap the Edit button next to the name of the floor you want to modify.
- Enter the new name of the floor, and if applicable a new building name in the Change Floor Name pop-up and tap Save.
- Follow the steps below to delete a floor.
- After accessing the Edit Floors page, tap the Delete button next to the name of the floor you want to remove.
- Select Yes in the message prompt.









- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
- Opens in a new window.
