How to access Hygiene IQ Reports

Once you set up a Hygiene IQ location the system is programmed to send Monthly reports to all users added to the location. However, if you need reports from other frequencies you can do so by following steps:

  1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page.

  3. Once on the Tasks page, tap the Menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.

  5. Select Reports.
  6. Menu Items - Reports
  7. Once in the Reports Settings page, check the desired report frequency you would like to view. You have the option to select from one to all frequencies available.

  9. Select Send Now if you want to receive the emails immediately. Emails of the reports for the selected frequency will then be emailed to the email address of the user requesting the emails.

  11. Next select Save.

The preferred reporting frequencies will be saved in the system and will send them to set frequency automatically.
