Understanding the Hygiene IQ Events Reports

With your Hygiene IQ subscription, you have access to reports that provide comprehensive details of all tasks recorded by your sensors. These reports are available for different time periods and are sent automatically. You can export the reports in both PDF and CSV formats. The PDF report offers a summary of all tasks, while the CSV report provides a detailed breakdown of tasks performed during the selected timeframe. Additionally, the CSV reports will also include the notes added to individual tasks.

Understanding the Hygiene IQ Error Reports

Apart from the task performance emails, you will also receive emails detailing any issues pertaining to the devices added to your location. This email report contains the following details:

• All of the Hubs in the location that are disconnected (not connected with the Hygiene IQ system).
• All of the Hubs in the location that are running on low battery.
• All of the Sensors in the location that are running on low battery.
