How to accept a location invite

If you are invited to a location, follow the steps below to accept the invitation.

1. Log in to the Hygiene IQ app.

• If you’re already logged in, go to the Customer Locations page, by selecting Location List from the menu.

2. A pop-up will appear listing the locations you’ve been invited to. Select Accept to join a specific location.

• If you’ve been invited to multiple locations, you can select Accept All Invites to accept all invitations at once.

3. Once the invitation is accepted, the new location(s) will appear in your Customer Locations list.
