How to edit User details

If you are an Account Admin for a location, you can edit certain details of other users added to the same location via the Hygiene IQ app. However, please note that you cannot change the user’s name or email address. Follow the steps below to modify the remaining settings:

  1. Open the Hygiene IQ app and access your location from the Customer Locations page.
  2. HIQ App - Home Page
    Customer Locations Page - Select Location
  3. Once on the Tasks page, tap the Menu icon on the top left corner of the screen.
  4. Task Page - Menu Button
  5. Select Users.
  6. Menu Items - Users
  7. Tap on the user whose details you want to edit.
  8. Users Page - Select User
  9. On the User Details page, you can modify the following:
    • Change permission levels.
    • Edit User Page - Permission type
    • Update the Buildings/Floors/Rooms filters.
    • Edit User Page - Filter selection
  10. Tap Save to apply the changes.
  11. Edit User Page - Save Button

The updated settings will now be reflected in the user’s account.

⚠️ Important Note : The permission level of the only Account Admin or Account & Billing Admin cannot be changed to Basic User.
